1. Introduction

Welcome to Sakrub, a vehicle repair facilitation platform operated by Fikra Link Broker Services in the United Arab Emirates. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App") and the services provided through it.

By using Sakrub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

3. Description of Service

Sakrub enables users to:

• Report issues with their vehicles
• Receive quotes from registered third-party garages
• Select a service provider
• Arrange pickup and delivery of vehicles
• Make payments securely through Stripe
• Rate and review the garages

Note: Sakrub is a platform. We do not directly perform any mechanical repairs and are not responsible for the quality of work performed by third-party garages.

Sakrub acts solely as a technology platform and broker that connects users with independent third-party service providers. Sakrub does not supervise, direct, control, or guarantee the services provided by garages or recovery companies.

4. Account Registration

Users must create an account using their email and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Garages must additionally provide a valid license number to be approved as service providers.

5. Payment

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Depending on the service, pricing and payment terms may be:

• Displayed prior to booking, or
• Presented during the vehicle repair process (e.g., after diagnosis or additional approval)

Sakrub does not store credit card details on its servers.

Funds paid through the App may be temporarily held or frozen by Sakrub at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of:

• Disputes between users and garages
• Suspected fraud or abuse
• Incomplete or pending service
• Violation of Terms or UAE laws

Sakrub will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users and resolve such matters in a timely manner. Sakrub is not a party to the service contract between the user and the garage. Any payment made through the App is on behalf of the user to the service provider. Sakrub shall not be responsible for pricing disputes, workmanship issues, or service outcomes.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund and cancellation policies are subject to the service agreement between the user and the garage.

Sakrub may intervene in limited cases such as:

• Service not rendered
• Vehicle not picked up within a reasonable time
• Obvious fraud or service denial

Example (placeholder):

• Cancellation within 30 minutes of booking: Full refund
• Cancellation after vehicle pickup: No refund

Final refund decisions remain at the sole discretion of Fikra Link Broker Services, subject to applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

7. Pickup and Delivery

Sakrub contracts third-party recovery companies for pickup and drop-off. By using this feature, you authorise us to share your location and vehicle details with our recovery partners.

Sakrub shall not be liable for any delay, loss, damage, theft, accident, or injury occurring during vehicle transport. The recovery company bears full responsibility, and the user agrees that any claims shall be made directly against the recovery provider, not Sakrub.

8. Ratings and Reviews

Users can rate garages and provide feedback after service. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or suspend reviews that are inappropriate or abusive.

Garages receive aggregated ratings, which may impact their visibility on the platform.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App
• Submit false information or malicious content
• Harass or threaten other users, garages, or staff
• Violate UAE laws or applicable digital content regulations

10. Limitation of Liability

Sakrub, Fikra Link Broker Services, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Services provided by garages or recovery companies
• Mechanical failure, negligence, or improper repairs
• Vehicle damage, loss, or theft
• Personal injury or property damage
• Service delays or cancellations
• Disputes between users and service providers

All services are provided at the user's own risk.

11. Platform Communications

Sakrub may provide communication tools including in-app messaging and masked or anonymized calls.

Users and service providers agree to use these tools as the primary means of communication for services arranged through the platform.

The sharing of personal contact details for the purpose of bypassing the platform is strictly prohibited.

12. Monitoring, Audits & Compliance

Sakrub reserves the right to monitor, review, and audit platform activity, communications, and transactions.

This includes conducting compliance checks, test bookings, or mystery shopper activities.

Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user or garage account at our discretion, especially in cases of fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

Garages and recovery companies operating on Sakrub are independent contractors and not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Sakrub.

Each garage and recovery provider agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sakrub, Fikra Link Broker Services, and its owners from any claims, damages, losses, fines, penalties, legal actions, or compensation arising from:

• Their services or omissions
• Violation of UAE laws
• Customer complaints or disputes
• Accidents, injuries, or damages

This obligation survives termination of the account.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept any revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Abu Dhabi, unless otherwise required by applicable local laws.

16. Privacy & Data Protection

• Sakrub collects personal information (name, contact details, vehicle details, payment info) to provide services.
• Information is shared only with garages, recovery partners, and payment providers as needed.
• We do not sell or share user data with unaffiliated third parties.
• Sakrub complies with applicable UAE data protection laws.

17. Liability for Garages & Transport

Garages and recovery companies are independent contractors.

18. No Warranty

Sakrub provides the App and services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or service quality.
