Request Account & Data Deletion

Sakrub (operated by Fikra Link Broker Services) allows users to request deletion of their account and all associated personal data.

What will be deleted:

• User profile (name, email, phone number)
• Saved vehicle information
• Booking and payment history

What may be retained:

• Legal and financial records related to completed transactions, as required by UAE regulations.
• Anonymous analytics data (non-identifiable).
